Motion Activated Night Light

A light that is motion activated for the purposes of improving visual conditions at night. Great for preventing falls within bedrooms, hallways, bathrooms and other rooms that are commonly frequented at night.

How To Use

Nightlights are typically placed in bathrooms, hallways and bedrooms or any other areas frequented by a user at night. Light will automatically be turned on as one walks by the sensor’s path. Light will automatically turn off after a set period of time.

Advantages

  • improved ability to see pathways and decreases risk of falls decreases
  • inexpensive
  • energy efficient because it is only activated when needed
  • one does not need to flip a switch to activate it

Disadvantages

  • those with very poor eye sight ie. those suffering from macular degeneration may benefit from a stronger light source
